1. Sage’s Cafe

Sage’s Cafe offers vegetarian cuisine and cocktails, and is one of the few restaurants open a full 7 days a week (including Sundays). Not only do they feature daily wine pours and local beers, but their Jade Room is available for anything from wedding receptions to movie screenings.

Pago is an intimate and inviting restaurant nestled in the 9th and 9th business district. The owner and operator, Scott Evans, and chefs Michael Richey and Adam Findlay hold top quality, locally sourced products in the highest regard and adapt their menu based on what is in season and available. Pago developed a farm direct RSA (Restaurant Supported Agriculture), which means it invests in and builds relationships with local farms. Lunch and dinner are served throughout the week, with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

3. Finca


Finca, which in Spanish means farm or ranch, is located within the beautiful Harvard-Yale neighborhood in Salt Lake City. The physical restaurant was designed to complement the historic homes in the area, with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Scott Evans, the owner and operator of Finca and Pago, and executive chef Phelix Gardner crafted a dining experience that is deeply rooted in Spanish food, wine, and culture. Finca offers a variety of tapas and entrees—all featuring seasonal produce from Utah farms and artisans—and an extensive cocktail and wine selection. Lunch and dinner are served throughout the week, with brunch on Sundays.
